Third graders from Plains elementary school had a class party to celebrate reading and "I Love to Read Month" on Thursday morning. The top readers from each class threw a plate of whipped cream at willing administrators. Plains elementary school students celebrated their reading achievements and “I Love to Read Month” last week with class parties and a book fair.
