Local presented with plaque of appreciation

SANDERS COUNTY - Dan Bates was recently presented with a plaque of appreciation from the Sanders County Community Housing Organization. Bates served as president of the organization for many years. He served at the time when the SCCHO embarked on its first large project, the acquisition and rehabilitation of five duplexes in Plains. This was a complicated and lengthy project to which Bates gave a lot of time and energy to. The project was, and still is, a great success.
