In frigid 20 degree temperatures a handful of festive workers spent all day Saturday preparing River Street in Superior to be lit up for the Holidays. Although the lights won't be turned on until December 3, over 130 strands were put in place purchased by donations from members of the community. (Mineral Independent/Amy Quinlivan)
