A class on the Constitution was held Saturday in the Mineral County Commissioners Conference Room. Being a complex subject, the 3-hours scratched the surface yet initiated lively discussions on what people are watching take place in Washington DC. The class was taught by Steve DeLisle who studied the Constitution in law school.
