The public is always welcome to take the journey from Mullan Square in St. Regis, where the Memorial Day commemoration begins, and walk to the bridge overlooking the St. Regis River. Members from the American Legion Ray Welch Post #13 led those at the service in prayer, a wreath laying, a short speech, and a three-volley salute.
