Drivers warned to slow down in winter conditions

The Superior Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to a car crash on Sunday, Nov. 25 where a tow truck was recovering a vehicle on Interstate 90. During the process, an SUV plowed into the towing apparatus due to slick roads and low visibility. Department personnel posted on Facebook, warning drivers to slow down and remember to yield to emergency vehicles. The wreck occurred near Mile Marker 60 at around 1:30 p.m., and no injuries were reported.

Only one person per address qualifies and you must possess a current driver’s license. Ford Motor Company will send us $20/person for your efforts. They offer up to $6,000 for this event, so we could really use 300 people to do the test drive! Being able to host this event is kind of a big thing, Ford Motor Company does not back this event for just any Ford dealership. Rehbein Ford had to apply for this event months ago. Our past success and enthusiastic participation in the community is one reason why we are able to make this an annual event.
