St. Regis JV football moves from flag to tackle on gridiron

St. Regis held a sports meeting on August 8 for volleyball and football. Practice started last week and will be Monday through Saturday at 7 to 9 a.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. until the 20th. After that, there will be just evening practice. Once school starts, it will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
