Earl Henry Eisenbacher, 77
Earl Henry Eisenbacher, 77, passed away Jan. 2, 2017, at his home in St. Regis, with family members at his side after a valiant battle against cancer.

On April 6 the Ray Welch American Legion Post 13 in St. Regis presented an award to members of the Montana 10X Shooting Sports Club.

Obituary; Kenneth Henry Seng
Kenneth Henry Seng of Plains, MT died at Hot Springs, April 21, 2015. He was 79 years old. Kenneth (Kenny) is survived by a son, Kenneth (Lena) Seng, daughter, Elizabeth Seng, 5 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, nieces, and a nephew. Also, two brothers, Clifford (Deanne) Seng and Wes (Trudy) Seng and daughter-in-law, Deborah Denson. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Seng, of Plains, MT and a sister, Ann Seng Watkins.
Community Notes
The Mineral County Performing Arts Council Spring Gala will be held March 16 with “West My Friend” with music ranging from indie-roots to chamber folk. This quartet brings an acoustic blend of instruments and four-part harmonies. Tickets are available by calling Mary Jo Berry at 822-2213 or Cathy Kuhl at 822-4801, Castles Grocery or MCPAC members and includes the concert and dinner.
Mineral County Community Foundation awards scholarships
The Mineral County Community Foundation was established in 1994 in response to the closing of a major employer, the Crown Pacific sawmill in Superior.
