Students in Superior join protest against gun violence
Three junior high Superior students joined other students across Montana and the nation, to participate in a planned walkout last Wednesday, Mar. 14. The walkout was to demand action on gun violence one month after the Feb. 14 killing of 17 people at a high school in Parkland, Florida.

Superior girls third at divisional meet
One thing was not so surprising from the Class B ranks of the Western Divisional track and field championship this past weekend in Missoula.
State qualifiers at Western Division B-C
On a weekend when intermittent rain and sunshine, wind and cold played a factor in athletic performance, Twin Bridges’ girls and the Manhattan Christian boys found a path to victory in the Western Division B-C track and field meet in Missoula.

Community Notes
Annual community Easter Egg Hunts will be held on March 31 for youngsters. In St. Regis it will be held in the town park starting at exactly 11 a.m. The Alberton Ridge Runners Saddle Club will host the hunt in Alberton starting at noon sharp at the Alberton Community Center for walking toddlers to age 10 children. The Superior hunt will be at 1 p.m. sharp at the Eva Horning Park. Be on time; the eggs get snatched up fast!
