Cougar season closes

The hunting of all mountain lions in northwestern Montana Hunting District 123, which includes portions of Sanders County, will close at one-half hour after sunset on Saturday, November 6, 2010.  This hunting district will re-open for the hunting of all mountain lions for the winter season beginning December 1, 2010.

The survey includes the attitudes among eighth-, 10th- and 12th-grade students across the nation and found, “a general decline in perceived risk of harm from using a number of substances and declining disapproval of people who use them.”
