Undefeated Clark Fork Mountain Cat girls win at District
The Clark Fork Mountain Cat girls swept through the 13C District tournament with an undefeated season to take home the championship trophy. The Cats faced Seeley-Swan in the Saturday evening game with a stellar win, 57-41.

Families received holiday cheer from local volunteers
There will be gifts under Christmas trees and food in the pantry, thanks to the efforts of volunteer groups in the area. On Dec. 3, Helping Hands raised over $5,800 with their annual auction. With some of the funds raised, the group bought toys, clothes, games and food for 11 families in need for the holidays.

Relay for Life
At 5 p.m. on Friday, June 24 at the Superior High School track, some of Mineral County’s most loved citizens were in the limelight. This was when the 2016 Mineral County Relay for Life commenced with a celebratory reception for Mineral County cancer survivors.

Obituary; Tamara Ann Parenteau
Tamara Ann Parenteau, age 56, of Glendive, Montana, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2015 due to a tragic car accident. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date and will be announced when completed. Silha Funeral Home of Glendive has been entrusted with the arrangements.
