Superior records smashed

Christofer Eriksson shattered the school record last Thursday for the pole vault at the Superior Invitational. The record, which stood at 12-6, was back from 1986. To shatter a record, one must jump at least two additional inches. The feat was no problem for Ericksson who did so to a cheering applause from the crowd. It was also no surprise that he took first in the event with a jump of 12-8.
