SANDERS COUNTY – Warm temperatures have been coming to the area recently, leading to some distinctly spring-like conditions turning up earlier than expected; one of these has been reports of goslings in some areas.
Free yoga offered to vets
HOT SPRINGS - Earth & Sky Studio in association with Nyah Grange 133 in Hot Springs is offering a free series of yoga classes for veterans every Saturday from Jan. 25th through March 1st, at which time the class can decide to continue weekly or bi-weekly; or possibly in an alternative location. All veterans, all ages are invited to participate in this free six week series. The classes will run 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Earth & Sky Studio, 240 Chisholm Trail Rd. in Hot Springs.

I write this in response to Tony Plerini’s previous letter about Mike Bedict. I also have worked many years with Mike and respect him for his years of community service. A service that needs to restructure itself. Tony’s suggestion is one way that service can become better for the people it serves.

Obituary; Frank M. Niles
Frank M. Niles, 31, of Three Forks, MT passed away Friday, June 12, 2015 after a lifelong battle with a heart condition. Frank was born on June 26, 1983 to Frank and Deanna Niles of Three Forks and spent the majority of his life there.
